Describe the definition of Food hygiene;
be able to describe how food are contaminated;
be able to describe how food poisoning can occur;
Recognize and control biological hazards through good personal hygiene
ensure a safe food handling process

Identify food items that are produced containing these hazards;
Explain control measures that prevent, reduce, or minimize (biological, chemical, or physical) hazards associated with foods.
