Integrated Energy Therapy
Integrated Energy Therapy is session involving a gentle Angelic energy that helps centre, balance and re energize your body. It can help clear residual traumatic bodily imprints from physical, mental and emotional past traumas, without having to revisit or even be aware of the trauma. Hence the IET description of “Healing without feeling”. Allowing us to just let go of what does not serve us…this is a personal choice and only you can choose actually to let go of what does not serve you. IET is a very relaxing session in a very calm and therapeutic environment. Please let us know if you are essential oil scent sensitive.

Our four interactive sessions offer a hands-on approach to learning proven coping strategies and personalized support tailored to the needs of the group.
Mindfulness training focuses on bringing the attention fully to the body, feeling states and thought patterns.
Each class consists of guided meditations and teachings that we can contemplate and practice throughout the week.
The Mental Health Awareness program is an introductory course with the aim of increasing mental health literacy, decreasing the stigma associated with this topic and building the confidence of participants to help others.
