DurationThe Basic / Basic + Course are the first step into the world of Belly Dance, it requires no prior dance experience. Candidates are taken through an easy to follow 8-session regime where they're introduced to steps that form the foundation of Belly Dance.
As part of the course, you're also taught one choreography. The Basic + builds on the Basic Course and teaches slightly more complex moves in a 10-session routine. Moves like 'Hip Circle', 'Egyptian Shimmy', 'Camel' etc are taught.
