Muay Thai classes are a great way to help your child build self-esteem and learn life skills like discipline, respect, and self-defense. Classes are 45 minutes long and follow a curriculum that has monthly goals, encourages teamwork, and builds self-confidence.
Our coaches have over 15 years of experience in teaching youth classes, and in 2022, they coached a youth gym member through her first WBC International Youth Muay Thai Games in Calgary, Canada, where she won a gold medal in the 16- to 17-yyear-old division.
