Our intra-session Session Passes are suitable for all fitness levels. We know that trying a new group workout or gym can be intimidating, and we’ve built our adult boxing + strength and conditioning small group personal training sessions to allow anyone to jump right in, regardless of the shape they are in.
Premier Boxing for Fitness welcomes all levels of athletes, youth ages 7 to 17, adults men and women, from beginners to elites, as well as individuals who want to gain a healthier lifestyle through basic functional mobility movements and improve stress levels.
We offer results-driven cardio fitness classes and boxing lessons to build bigger, stronger muscles through a performance-based conditioning program led by experienced certified personal trainers and certified USA boxing coaches. Sessions are 60 minutes in duration.
We use motivation, accountability, and dynamic training to get you the body you want. You won’t lift beyond your level or perform movements outside of your skill set. You will perform exercises that mimic everyday movements, so you will be stronger and more efficient in your day-to-day activities.

In this dynamic class, we turn up the intensity and push you to excel further by adding more complex partner drills with combinations to help you become a more well-rounded boxer.
Our beginner boxing class is the most popular class for members looking to understand the art of boxing. Tao coaches will focus on the accurate form of your punches, slips, blocking, and footwork.
All skill levels welcome. Learn self defense, shred fat, and increase lean muscle, stamina and metabolism. Find the will to push yourself harder than you have before.

This class will alternate between boxing and punching series and booty-focused strengthening circuits. Each class will end with a core finisher and attack round. There’s a fighter in each an every one of us!
