Your trainer will guide you through a pre-class to teach you everything you need to know & the fundamental 6 punches. Bump to specially curated playlists in a 6-round, boxing and strength workout.
Fundamentals is a simple but effective class to build confidence and basic understanding of boxing and strength training at Rumble. You’ll spend half the time learning boxing combos on our aqua-filled bags and half the time learning strength training techniques. This 10-round, class is great for newcomers and those looking to get back into their fitness routine.
