Advanced Boxing
This class is for intermediate-to-advanced boxing training. Advanced Boxing class is taught by one of Sam's seasoned open fighters, who gears the class to more advanced levels such as sparring and fighting technique and advanced endurance.
Youth Boxing
This class focuses on youth boxing.
Classes are available seven days a week and include Boxing classes, Youth Boxing classes, and Boot camps. Professionals and competing athletes train during the daytime hours.
