Group classes are led by our boxing coaches and consist of a range of exercises traditionally used in the sport as part of an athlete’s conditioning and training. Our classes are geared towards beginners and professionals alike.

We teach real technique and real skills to all members. Though there is no sparring in our classes, the techniques acquired from regular practice can be used in the ring.
Unanimous Boxing Gym started as a conversation between Trinidad Garcia and his then client Yuri Polyak over a beer during the Mayweather vs. Maidana rematch in 2015. They both wanted to build a gym where they could showcase their love of the sport.
Unanimous Boxing Gym opened its doors in June of 2016 with the idea of creating an inviting space for people of all levels and abilities to come enjoy and learn the art of boxing.
We currently run a state-of-the art USA Boxing Sanctioned facility in Logan Square and offer an average of 8 classes daily to over 400 members. We focus on harnessing the fighter in everyone, be it mental or physical.

LAKO Boxing offers the best in one-on-one and semi-private boxing, kickboxing, and personal training sessions. We specialize in working with all ages, from kids to senior citizens, in healthy, safe, and fun environments to hone their skills and fitness levels.
Our boxing classes include a workout we devise to fit the needs and goals you have in mind.
Team training starts with a two-week boot camp that meets three times a week, after which the group is split into two teams. Members are expected to continue meeting three times a week for the duration of the program.
