The lesson
The cooking course consists of the chef demonstrating how to prepare and cook the recipes presented. At times you are also invited to apply your knowledge hand-on. Do not hesitate to ask questions!
The course lasts about two hours and a half, after which you are welcome to enjoy a nice glass of wine with the delicious meal that was carefully prepared.

Come spend the morning with Kristen in her bread lab learning about the sourdough baking method. Each student will mix, shape and bake a loaf of sourdough and bagels that they will take home along with some fresh culture
In this class, you will learn how to make a traditional quick bread called bannock, topped with rose hip butter, and served with Saskatoon berries and wild mint.
Bread Class is offered by Sidewalk Citizen Bakery. Join head baker Chloe Lomas at 5:30 for an intimate bread class at our Simmons bakery. Wine and Snacks included.
In this hands on Class students will learn how to make a Sourdough Starter, the dough, and knead the bread. Afterwards, you will get to taste of the Chefs work and go home with the dough you just made!
