To start, our chefs will guide you through the basics of bread baking, ensuring you become super-familiar with a range of flours, the importance of yeast and the key kneading methods.
Once you’ve got to grips with the basics, you’ll have the chance to whip up a fresh focaccia, crusty wholemeal rolls, and a delicious Italian-style stuffed bread that you can take home with you. While our larger loaves bake, you’ll enjoy an incredible BLT sandwich – using bread fresh from the oven. The humble sandwich will never be the same again!
