This is a fun and engaging camp where we will whip up a fabulous menu in a safe and engaging environment. Our doors will open just a few minutes before the class starts. If you arrive early, please wait nearby until it's time to enter our kitchen.

Warm soup and fresh-baked bread, is there anything better on a cold day? Together we’ll make White Bean & Kale Soup with Sausage; Chickpea, Coconut & Turmeric Stew; and Potato Leek Soup.

Over the past few years, many of us have tried our hand with homemade yeasted breads. Discover tricks and tips so your bread recipes bake up reliably every time. Learn the difference between active dry and instant yeast, differences in flours, when your dough has been sufficiently kneaded
You will be taught everything you need to know about spices (masalas), which is the basis of Indian cooking that will come handy when we begin to cook. Spices bring out the flavor in each dish; therefore, I always like my students to learn and become spice experts.
During this class, you'll learn how to make perfect Italian sourdough bread with the same equipment you can find in a regular home kitchen.
