In addition, the trainees will be exposed to the latest trends of bread production at the local and international level.

The trainees will be applied to a real career environment that will work on the attitude and professional knowledge in the bakery industry. The program provides trainees to enter various types of bakery careers for example as chefs in the hospitality sector, bakers in artisan bakeries. Trainees can also be called entrepreneurs as Bakery Factory Entrepreneurs and Bakery and Cake Shop Entrepreneurs.
