After many years in the industry Chef Kelvin identified a need in the industry for chefs who had both qualification and experience.
Course Outline:
Basic Bread Dough
Bread Knowledge
Olive, sun dried and herb knotted bread
French Banquette and focaccia
Sour dough and Ciabatta
Brioche Dough and Brioche Cinnamon buns

A Certificate of Completion will be given at the end this course.

The Chamber’s Certificate in the Theory of Breadmaking is a course which has been designed to teach the theoretical aspects of plant baking.
You’ll create pitta (the flagstone Arabic bread), lavash (the Armenian flatbread used for wraps which can be stuffed and flavoured) and sangak (a wholewheat sourdough flatbread that’s slightly thicker than the other two).
Baking classes are hands on and practical with support of theory notes and recipes. Learn to the techniques, skills and tricks when baking cakes, decorating them and designing them based on different themes.
This workshop is our original flagship course that covers the fundamentals of authentic artisan bread baking and is recommended for people who want to start their bread-making journey.
