After many years in the industry Chef Kelvin identified a need in the industry for chefs who had both qualification and experience.
Course Outline:
Basic Bread Dough
Bread Knowledge
Olive, sun dried and herb knotted bread
French Banquette and focaccia
Sour dough and Ciabatta
Brioche Dough and Brioche Cinnamon buns

A Certificate of Completion will be given at the end this course.

Soup & Bread making class is offered by My Easy Cooking. We offer cooking classes in our studio and we can customize them to your clients needs. We can do traditionalSouth African cuisine, Seafood from the West Coast or teach a traditional Malay menu.
A two-hour practical session, all ingredients, a skills booklet, an apron to wear on the day, a tea towel, substantial snacks upon arrival, beverages (AA Badenhorst wine, water & soda).
Baking Classes (Breads and Cakes) classes are offered By Passion Cookery School.
