Bread Making Classes course is offered by JHB Culinary & Pastry School. JHB Culinary & Pastry School opened its doors in June 2012 under the leadership of Kelvin and Jarlyne Joel. After many years in the industry Chef Kelvin identified a need in the industry for chefs who had both qualification and experience.

 

Course Outline:

  • Basic Bread Dough

  • Bread Knowledge

  • Olive, sun dried and herb knotted bread

  • French Banquette and focaccia

  • Sour dough and Ciabatta

  • Brioche Dough and Brioche Cinnamon buns

  • A Certificate of Completion will be given at the end this course.
