We’re a new cookery school located at Sidings Business Park, in Whalley. From our purpose-built kitchen and dining facilities we host cookery courses and social events centered around healthy, nutritious, and balanced home cooking.
It is our aim to teach both children and adults about home cooking and
healthy eating.
Our two day class will give us the time needed to make our very own bread.
Starting with the basics; flour, yeast, salt and liquid, we’ll take you through step-by-step how to make great bread every time!
Here at Cooking It, we love anything that goes in the oven and is sweet. Our ovens are on all the time, whether they are baking bread, cookies, pastry, puddings or cakes, we just love it. The Baking Classes are fabulous fun, especially if you come with a friend or two!
Sourdough Baking Class course is offered by South Downs Sourdough.
This two-day course will give you the opportunity to learn all about wild yeast and sourdough bread-making, guided by internationally renowned baker and author of How to Make Bread Emmanuel Hadjiandreou.
