Our physical theatre workshops can be based around any theme or topic you like. Or you may be working on a play and want to incorporate some dance and movement into it – that’s where we can help.

Zest Dance Workshops
B-boying, often called “breakdancing”, is a popular style of street dance that was created and developed as part of hip-hop culture among African Americans and, later, among Latino youths in New York City.
