Examine the basic principles of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and how it is applied and managed during each phase of a project. Apply a structured process to execute a BIM project systematically and successfully.

Classify information within a model and distinguish how various levels of that data support the different phases of a project.

Present how BIM benefits and improves on traditional design-build-manage practices, and elaborate on how to leverage digital twins beyond construction to intelligently manage the lifecycle of a building more effectively and efficiently after design and construction.
