In this self-directed micro-course, students will learn the basics of C# programming and get a brief introduction to .NET Core.
Students will exercise some of the fundamental elements of the C# language such as variables and control structures while also learning about how to accept user input, handle exceptions, and create program output.
As well, students will also begin to look at defining functions and how values can be passed between them to create reusable blocks of code that can be unit tested. Finally, students will learn how to use the debugger to diagnose and fix issues with their program.
