The Cake Baking and Decorating Arts Course includes 80 hours of instruction you can complete at your own pace. By the end of this course, you will have earned 80 credit hours from the American Culinary Federation and have completed 80 beautiful and delicious recipes and techniques.
This Chef lead baking workshop will walk you through the steps to make your own Buche de Noël, a great way to impress friends and family, while making any holiday table more festive. Students will be able to take their finished cake with them.
