This is a beginners course. Learn how to cover special occasion cakes with fondant icing, and practice the art of moulded flowers, decorations and piping. All your efforts will be rewarded when you create wonderful Birthday, Engagement, Wedding and Christening cakes.
This is formal decorating, not butter cream icing. Please note we run both Daytime and Evening classes which are both beginners classes but the content can vary slighty dependent on the tutor.

Keva will guide and demonstrate how to fill, finish and decorate a cake using buttercream. You will assemble your sponge cake, filling it with vanilla buttercream, cover your cake with buttercream to achieve a sharp edge and finally decorate it.
Take your piping skills to the next level in this intermediate piping workshop! Our trainer Loan will blow your mind as you learn how to pipe the most beautiful blossoms!
This skill set provides the basic skills, knowledge and understanding on what it is like to start a career in the baking industry
You will prepare three different base mixtures and decorate them with different fillings such as butter cream, fresh cream and ganache. We will also teach you the art of chocolate piping to decorate your cakes into masterpieces.
