Our 45min Cardio TK Kickboxing classes are designed to be fun & challenging workouts for all fitness levels women & men. Utilising Martial arts fitness and techniques incuding Taekwon-Do, Kickboxing, Boxing, Calisthenics and stretching.
One signs up for twice a week option which includes as a bonus the third class.
Also included as an extra bonus are two Open Fitness Sessions where you can use our facility to self train for 45 minutes on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5:30pm
This dynamic and fun form of all round fitness training is derived from head instructor and Taekwon-Do South Africa president Norman Magua’s vast knowledge of peak competition coaching, fitness ,toning & weight loss are the name of the game in these great classes aimed at members who want the fitness benefits of martial arts but not necessarily the contact. It also includes some effective basic self defence.

The class runs at its own pace but you are going to do it at your own pace. Most of the class is done to a timer, so this means you will do as much as your fitness or (lack of fitness) level can handle comfortably.
For beginners it is not necessary for you to complete the whole class.It is important for you to enjoy it and build your fitness up one class at a time.

Ladies Kickboxing course is offered by Pride Fighting Academy. These devastating striking arts are aerobic intense and build speed, power and endurance while learning a new skill. These classes are suitable for both men & women of all skill levels.
