Calisthenics training fits perfectly with our minimalist philosophy. This ancient form of fitness training is widely popular today where one trains using ones own bodyweight as primary resistance in the absence of machines.
MultiFit believes that fitness should extend beyond dumbbells and machines and aims at changing the definition of fitness from mere ‘Body Building’ to ‘Strength Building’.
In Calisthenics 101 ( All Levels), we will work with you on gymnastic rings , introducing you to straight arm strength and back lever exercises.
This is your access to various categories of Group based classes throughout the week which ranges from CrossFit, Calisthenics, HIIT, Freeletics, Dance, Boxing, Endurance & Agility, Plyometrics, Tabata, Strength & Conditioning and our very unique T99 GAMEDAY conducted on Saturdays.
