The Delaney Family. Partners in life and in business. Paul & Michelle Delaney (parents) - Opened Delaneys Cakes in 1989 and grew it into our regions most awarded and recognised cake store. Paul & Michelle still lead their team of decorators 30 years later - an unsurpassed level of devotion to the trade.
Shane & Charlotte Delaney (son & partner) - Never content with staying still, their energy and creativity is the driving force behind Cakers Warehouse. Shane draws on his childhood in the bakery and passion for design when creating new and exciting products.
Would you like to learn how to make and bake the most delicious mud cake for all your future cakes?
Cris from Bella Cakes will inspire you to create imaginative cup cakes that will be the talk of every party. Pirates, life-like babies, dragon flies, bumble bees and monsters. Students are to provide their own cup cakes and other ingredients.
A one day workshop where you will learn how to temper chocolate and then using chocolate transfer sheets learn how to apply them around miniature cakes. Lunch and light refreshments are provided.
Each Food Saucerer class in our school holiday program is an aspirational pastry chef’s delight. Your kids will learn hands on how to cook amazing desserts. The chef takes the students through each step carefully ensuring the best results
When you complete the Certificate III in Cake and Pastry you will be able to work as a baker, pastry cook or chef.
