Or do one or more lessons at R600.00 per individual lesson. Certificates of completion will be issued to those who complete all 9 lessons. A maximum of 8 students can be accommodated at one time so booking is essential.
Students must supply their own apron, face mask and container to take home what you have cooked in the lesson. Sanitizers will be supplied by the school. All ingredients and tools supplied by the school.
Catering - 8.30 am to 12.00pm Morning Session
Lesson 1 - Finger catering Part I i.e. choux pastry with fillings, stuffed eggs, etc.
Lesson 2 - Lasagne, Italian salad and garlic bread.
Lesson 3 - Finger catering Part II i.e. sausage rolls, savory tarts etc.
Lesson 4 - Chicken-a-la-king, stuffed tomatoes and strawberry meringues.
Lesson 5 - Trifle, rolly poly desert, chicken liver pate and avocado dip.
Lesson 6 - Stuffed mushrooms, fruit cocktail, tuna pate and minestrone soup.
Lesson 7 - Salads (3 x different types) and apple crumble.
Lesson 8 - Pot roast, Yorkshire pudding, table setting and vegetable/fruit sculpturing.
Desserts - 1.00pm to 3.30pm Afternoon Session.

These courses are all hands-on courses. Students take home whatever they bake or cook. Courses run over an 8-week period every Friday.
