The CBT workshop is a two part workshop reviewing some of the primary strategies used in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, also known as CBT, to treat mental health challenges.
We will explore how to understand symptoms of depression and low moods, anxiety, and other mental health challenges through the CBT model.
We will also explore effective strategies to apply, such as the 5-Part model, behavioral activation and activity scheduling, relaxation strategies, thought records and more.
