What does the course include?
As part of the Community Services Training Package, CHC, this qualification comprises of 15 units.
7 core units
8 elective units
These units must be relevant to the work outcome. This qualification does require a minimum 120 hours of work experience.
Entry Requirements
There are no formal prerequisites for this qualification. However, it is preferred that candidates have relevant vocational experience and/or an industry specific qualification. There are no formal educational requirements for entry into this course.
Student Support
Learners will receive feedback after each assessment/assignment and the trainer/assessor will be available to discuss the feedback or provide additional assistance or direction as appropriate. Trainers/assessors are also available by email/phone for any discussion or problems that students experience during their study.
