Certificate IV in Financial Services

Mentor Education provides full free textbooks to our students a number of our Business, Project Management, Leadership and Management and IT courses. Our learning materials  are Open Education Resources. Open Educational Resources (OERs) are any type of educational materials that are in the public domain or introduced with an open license.

The nature of these open materials means that anyone can legally and freely copy, use, adapt and re-share them. OERs range from textbooks to curricula, syllabi, lecture notes, assignments, tests, projects, audio, video and animation. (UNESCO, 2017).

Our learning resources are sourced from OpenStax. OpenStax is a nonprofit educational initiative based at Rice University in the USA and in their words ‘its our mission to give every student the tools they need to be successful in the classroom…we're breaking down the most common barriers to learning.’ 

At Mentor Education we are able to offer accessible, affordable learning  as a result of participating in this initiative and so, continue to support our students to reach their potential.
