Certified Total Quality Management (TQM) Practitioner

TQM philosophy was used as the model for Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (USA), Deming Award (Japan Union of Scientist and Engineers) and Anugerah Kecemerlangan Industri Award (MITI Malaysia), which enable organizations to strive for global competitiveness for their products and services.

TQM is a philosophy that Quality can be managed and improved through the total involvement and initiatives of everyone and every function in the organization.
