In addition the College focused on assisting the communities in Upgrading their Matric by providing Classes for the Technical Matric/Rewrite which allows those that never had a chance to do or pass their Matric, to achieve the Matric Certificate.
Since its Establishment the College is grateful for the Success and Achievement of many Students that have gone through it, for the achievement of their National Certificates/Diploma and now serving the Nation.
Global Tech Tivet College, as its primary focus, without any deviation, will continue to serve the communities by providing them with all the Education and Training Skills that are recognised Internationally and which will support them in uplifting their standard of leaving and the Economy at large.
Chemical Engineering is the branch of engineering that deals with chemical production and the manufacture of products through chemical processes.
The aim of the course is to provide excellent theorical as well as practical chemical engineering knowledge and skills, relevant to needs of the chemical industry and society at large, graduates of this programme will have the competences to apply engineering skills to chemical engineering problems
The department aims to become a Chemical Engineering School of Excellence with comprehensive undergraduate teaching program, and a vibrant post-graduate research program focusing on developing technologies for addressing South Africa’s needs.
Chemical Engineering N1 - N6 is an area of engineering that applies physical sciences (physics and chemistry), life sciences (microbiology and biochemistry), together with applied mathematics and economics to produce, transform, transport, and properly use chemicals, materials, and energy.
The programme progresses through three levels. Each N level takes place over one trimester. After each trimester, students are eligible for a National Certificate on that level.
