Our 9-Week (18 Sessions) Beginner-Level I Mandarin Chinese Program is an ideal starting program for learners with no previous learning experience or limited capabilities in Mandarin Chinese.
In this course, the student will be able to develop socially and culturally appropriate proficiency in interpersonal, interpretive, and presentational modes at the novice mid-level in Mandarin Chinese. Note: Students must pass this course with a C or better to continue to CHI1121. ( 4 hr. lecture )
