This is a great class for chocolate lovers of all ages! Learn the art of tempering chocolate with a hands-on demonstration. Choose from many decadent candy toppings to create three custom chocolate bars. Only paid pariticpants may enter the room. Children under 13 must be accompanied by a paid adult.

‘Sweet Pete’ Behringer was raised by chocolatiers. When he was eleven years old, his mother opened a family chocolate business which grew to encompass 32 locations! In 2010, Behringer branched out and opened his own candy shop in a whimsically decorated historic Florida home.

In this class, students will create Truffles, Fudge,Torrone, Barks, Chocolate Pops, and other unusual chocolate candies. It is designed to provide students with a foundation in making different types of chocolate candies.

Learn how to make a trio of chocolate desserts. There will be something for everyone tonight. One gluten free (Chocolate Mousse) one gluten and dairy free (Chocolate Torta Valenciana) and one just totally decadent Double Chocolate Pie.
Ornament Workshop is a fun workshop where you will learn how to use a two sided mold filled with chocolate. You will also learn how to dust and decorate your ornament using different techniques.
Together we'll learn how to brew and taste three floral teas, sourced from our friends at The Qi, paired along with our single-origin dark chocolates.
