Course Details

Challenge your team to become chocolatiers for the day! For this team bonding challenge, groups will be divided into teams and given a chocolate recipe by the chef.

Each team will need to create a box of chocolates for sharing at the end of the challenge. Of course, you will get to taste and take home your own handmade chocolates. Teams will also learn new skills on handmade chocolates, useful tips on tasting, buying and storing fine chocolate.

 

Team Chocolate Chocolatier workshop includes:

  • Roll and dip your own truffles
  • Create amazing chocolate shapes
  • How to produce delicious fillings
  • Know about piping, shaping and coating
  • Understand the chocolate process from bean to bar

 

Objectives:

Learning and Bonding - Guided by the Master Chocolatier to the art of making delicious truffles by hand using couverture chocolate, fresh ingredients and a variety of natural flavourings. Working as a team to create a version of the Chocolate Chocolatier that you can be proud of!
