BA2 teaches students fundamental knowledge and techniques that underpin management accounting. It identifies the position of the management accountant within organisations and the role of CIMA.
As a CIMA-qualified, although you are exempted from the CTA in terms of the new SAICA-CIMA Membership Pathway Agreement (MPA), passing the SAICA Board 1/ITC requires up-to-date and very technical knowledge of the following 5 UNISA-aligned CTA modules.
The operational level is made up of three subjects. Students who have completed the Operational level are awarded the CIMA Diploma in Management Accounting and will receive the letters CIMA Dip MA.
