CNC Programming course is offered by CNC Tech. “Anyone can Learn and Master the CNC Technology” Train and transform students to valuable asset to the manufacturing industry.

Outcome of Course:

• Fundamentals of CNC machines. All terms and nomenclatures of CNC control system
• CNC machine & its structure, configuration & Application.
• Able to read engineering drawings. Will know all norms and symbols.
• Will know all G & M codes. NC program syntax.
• Cutting technology – Cutting Speed, Spindle Speed, Cutting Feed & Depth-of-Cut. Will know to calculate Speed & Feed.
• Tool Nose Radius compensation.
• Tool types.
• CANNED Cycles.
• Multiple repetitive cycles.
• Use of sub-programs.
• Able to decide cutting tool
• Will confidently be able to write SAFE and Perfect CNC programs – Advance and complex programs.
• Will be able to do Job setting, Tool offsets, Wear offset, etc.
• Will be able to start a CNC machine, Reference the machine and run a program on the machine.
• Module III Student will in addition know Plan processes
