India being a vast country, economically it is been developing and improving a lot. In the year 2006, Chennai has found a new company named JAYAM CNC CAD/CAM DESIGN TECHNOLOGIES. which is been lead by the partners MR.S.RATHINAVEL (Managing Director).

Having started this company, since 2006, we have seen a reddish growth in various levels like training the students with experienced faculties, thereby placing them in reputed companies. What eggs within everyone is the idea of creating something new.

So, to face this competitive world, we’ve entered into the technology field, where we do give training in designing courses for the college students. Apart from this we also train up the operators and setters in the industries by visiting the companies around Tamilnadu.

Actually career planning should begin at the school stage. The right choice of profession exercises a great growth on a social well being. So, no problem what if the students have not yet got the clear-cut idea of their career, after joining JAYAM, they will know their future growth.

We do train our students to the level best to face this world in a smarter way. To do all this, we had to constantly reinvent ourselves by acquiring new skills and doing things different. Through which we gained diverse experience, moved out of our zone of comfort and above all, delivered whatever we committed.

By this way we also moved to so many companies and colleges and trained the operators, setters and students there. Also, we have to appreciate our staffs who are the backbone for JAYAM’s growth. Their hard work and passion for teaching are also the reason behind JAYAM’s quality.

Not only this, our project coordinators and their staffs are doing a great job for the companies like handling the projects in a different way which is very amazing. This is an endless flow where we gain more energy to satisfy all the college level, company level and the worker level needs. And hence this work will continue forever with more future development.
