Coding Beginners Bootcamp

Our Coding Beginners Bootcamp to Software Development is a great starting point to give you a flavour of what to expect in industry. You will learn the basics to get you ready for the next step in your journey into this exciting career.

This Coding Bootcamp is free for residents within the following areas: Birmingham, Coventry, Solihull, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Sandwell and Dudley.

Training can be accessed remotely subject to having access to the right equipment and software. All you will need is an internet connection and access to a webcam.

Modules

The following modules will be studied during the course:

• Digital safety and security

• Introduction to programming

• Creating and publishing webpages

• Digital content creation – text and image

• Collaborative Working

Entry requirements

There are no formal entry requirements for you to join the Bootcamp, you need to be enthusiastic and committed in studying the whole camp for two weeks. You will receive comprehensive support before starting out to make sure the journey is right for you from our highly experienced coaches.

Equipment needed

Other than a notepad all equipment required for training will be supplied.
