Established in August 1991, “Bits and Bytes Computers” is now a Private Limited Company named as “Smartskills Bits and Bytes Private Limited” with its Head Office located at Raipur , Chhattisgarh.

With over 30 years of experience in Education and Training, Smartskills have given a head start to the career of over 1.80 Lacs aspirants. Empanelled as an Approved Funded Training Partner of NSDC, New Delhi for a Period of 10 years.

Consultancy Services

With its extensive experience of 30 years, Smartskills is extending its experience to the Academic Institutions, Industries, Government and the Companies desirous of venturing into Skill Development Training Schemes and also to those who are already working in Skill Ecosystem and need handholding for the effective implementation of the Scheme.

Accomplishments

Skilling domestic women workers “Sangwari Project” a group of domestic maid servants of Raipur were trained in the job role of “Housekeeper cum Cook”. They were trained in handling modern gadgets of guest houses, hotels and big modern bungalows.

Rehabilitation Training to Left Wing Extremism affected candidates a group of educated youth from insurgency area was trained on the job roles of IT, Non-voice BPO, Back Office and Data entry Operator etc. The candidates were given expert counseling to become responsible citizen as well as useful person for their families, society and the Nation.

“Skill Saathi” Scheme : Organized Pan India career counseling through skilling ecosystem to the school dropouts and college students under “Skill Saathi” Scheme.

Imparted Skill Development training in I.T. skills to almost 35000 participants. Those include school students, corporate both Public & Private sector and Government employees and staff.

Successfully executed a three year contract with Department of Higher Education, Chhattisgarh for training of about 25000 Govt. ITIs and Polytechnic students in I.T. all across Chhattisgarh.

Executed Skill Dev. Training order received from the Office of Dy. Director, Hydrometerology, Jagdalpur Dist. Bastar on basic I.T. Level training to their staff. Skill Development training in I.T. to National Mineral Development Corporation, Kirundul Dist: Dantewada Chhattisgarh
