This course takes communication skills to a new level in a sector where communication is a key feature in success or failure.
It will look at how our attitude affects our response and how to deal with situations, how to communicate confidently and calmly, how to defuse confrontations, complaints and pressured situations and how to assess people’s state of mind.
The course includes role-play exercises to ensure comfort and confidence with techniques learned.

Paul has over thirty years of experience working in the insurance industry. Paul founded London Market Training in March 2012. He is responsible for the running of the business.
His extensive knowledge of the insurance industry (which includes operational level expertise in the running of an insurance service provider) enables him to design and oversee the delivery of all of our courses.
Paul prides himself on his long standing client and trainer relationships which is built on trust, loyalty and great communication with our Clients
Lucy Crayk
Director
After spending 10 years in the Voluntary Sector and a further 8 years within UPS as an HR Specialist, Lucy joined London Market Training in 2022 to deal with the accounting side of the business. She is responsible for payroll, managing customer accounts, processing invoices, payments and resolving customer accounts enquiries.
