London Market Training Ltd have extensive knowledge of the insurance industry and we design and deliver business skills, technical insurance and governance/compliance courses for the insurance industry and wider market.
Our clients include Insurance Brokers, Syndicates/Managing Agents, Solicitors/Lawyers, P&I Clubs and Mutuals, Insurance Run-Off Companies and Associations, Surveyors, Insurance Service Companies, Banks and other financial service businesses.
We also design and deliver business and soft skills training courses to non-financial service organisations including not-for-profit associations and charities.

Paul Crayk
Director
Paul has over thirty years of experience working in the insurance industry. Paul founded London Market Training in March 2012. He is responsible for the running of the business.
His extensive knowledge of the insurance industry (which includes operational level expertise in the running of an insurance service provider) enables him to design and oversee the delivery of all of our courses.
Paul prides himself on his long standing client and trainer relationships which is built on trust, loyalty and great communication with our Clients
Lucy Crayk
Director
After spending 10 years in the Voluntary Sector and a further 8 years within UPS as an HR Specialist, Lucy joined London Market Training in 2022 to deal with the accounting side of the business. She is responsible for payroll, managing customer accounts, processing invoices, payments and resolving customer accounts enquiries.

Having graduated from University in Product Design Phoebe started helping out at London Market Training 10 years ago and found she quite liked it.
Phoebe is responsible for delivering day to day support to the Team, communicating with delegates, liaising with our trainers and clients regarding the organisation of our training solutions to ensure that we deliver an exceptional service
Phoebe has brought her Product and Interactive Learning Design skills to London Market Training and is our core design Team lead. She creates interactive workbooks, interactive online courses and much mor
The word ‘stress’ is used to describe the physical and/or emotional response to the demands and pressures that modern living means we come under from time to time.
This course is designed for managers and staff who are required to make presentations with impact to large groups, clients or staff.
This course gets to grips with topics such as prioritising and delegating. Delegates will be shown how to deliver results punctually and effectively.
