Course Introduction
This live webinar will focus on developing assertiveness skills and building confidence (and changing attitudes and behaviours) and therefore increasing the chance of success in any human transaction. The course will look at the impact we have on others, and how a positive approach is key.
We will explore the principles of Emotional Intelligence (Emotional Quotient or ‘EQ’) to help delegates to better understand other people and to appreciate their outlook and values.
The webinar will be highly interactive with delegate participation and engagement throughout. There will be delegate work to complete off line during breaks within the course.
The webinar is delivered by a Certified Online Learning Facilitator.

Paul has over thirty years of experience working in the insurance industry. Paul founded London Market Training in March 2012. He is responsible for the running of the business.
His extensive knowledge of the insurance industry (which includes operational level expertise in the running of an insurance service provider) enables him to design and oversee the delivery of all of our courses.
Paul prides himself on his long standing client and trainer relationships which is built on trust, loyalty and great communication with our Clients
Lucy Crayk
Director
After spending 10 years in the Voluntary Sector and a further 8 years within UPS as an HR Specialist, Lucy joined London Market Training in 2022 to deal with the accounting side of the business. She is responsible for payroll, managing customer accounts, processing invoices, payments and resolving customer accounts enquiries.
