Is A Lack Of Good Communication Impacting Upon Your Organisation?
If you ask people in an organisation what they think the greatest organisation failing is, the vast majority will tell you that it is ‘poor communication’. So why are we always so bad at telling each other and our clients the things they need to know? This one day course will help improve the situation
It is all too easy to take things for granted and assume that people know or understand, or that someone else is dealing with it. It is also easy to misinterpret what is expected, which can easily begin a chain reaction of unwanted events.
All it takes is someone taking a comment the wrong way, a misunderstanding or someone sharing the ‘wrong’ message and it will not be long before you watch the impending disaster unfold.
If you think your organisation and its teams would benefit from improving communication, then this course will help.

About Us
Oakley Training & Consultancy was founded in Basingstoke, Hampshire, in 2007 after many years of working in the learning and development sector.
We noticed there was a disregard to how people were being taught to deal with their everyday job roles. They were mainly being taught ‘out of a book’ by trainers who did not actually have real life experience.
This got us to thinking about other training courses that were also being taught in this way. After thorough research, we gradually began to add further training courses for businesses that needed practical training solutions for their employees – e.g. for first aid, safety and technical elements, and so their organisation would be fully regulated and compliant.
Our vision is and will always be to ensure that all of our clients have access to the most relevant training courses and practical, solution-based assessment, consultancy and training development services – whenever and wherever they need it.
We fully understand the importance of treating each client as an individual, which is why we consistently respond to delegates individual needs and requirements.
Our team of carefully chosen experts have a tremendous wealth of knowledge and experience in their chosen training field, and they work closely with our clients to enable them to achieve their goals within their required timescales.
We all take great pride in passing our knowledge and enthusiasm onto our course delegates. We believe that by doing this we will become the provider of choice by providing practical based training not on offer anywhere else. By achieving this we will build a sustainable and respected business, which will help businesses become better at what they do.
At Oakley Training & Consultancy, it is our belief everybody should have access to the right training and equipment so that they can cope with any medical emergencies and carry out their role at work safely and efficiently.
The overall purpose of the course is to help women define the best career for them and how to get there.
This course aims to help improve written communication and allow delegates to express themselves with greater clarity and brevity.
