Hi, I am Vandana Saxena; I am a Soft Skills Trainer, HR Professional, Content Writer by discipline and Creative Writer by passion. I have been working in the corporate world for twenty-five years now. While I began my career as HR Generalist, I evolved into a Soft Skills Trainer over a decade of practising my professional skills and expertise.   
Professional Expertise

While my expertise lies in Communication Skills, I deliver training and workshops for various functional skills, viz., Writing Skills (Content Writing & Creative Writing) and Content Marketing other than HR Skills like Interview Skills, Campus to Corporate Programs, Talent Acquisition and Retention etc. In addition, I have also delivered various Behavioural Training and other Soft Skills, viz., Team Building & Management (specially curated for first-time managers), Customer First Programs, Time Management, Stress Management, and Conflict Management, to name a few.
