This workshop will provide more experienced professionals with training and practice in advanced techniques
In this 60 minute session, participants learn simple sitting and walking meditations in a group setting.
This program benefits both educators and students, helping teachers to manage their own triggers while providing leading-edge techniques for dealing with students who have experienced trauma.
