Advanced Industry Training (AIT) is a nationally recognised Registered Training Organisation (RTO) that provides quality training and assessment services to meet the needs of construction, building, logistics, transport, agricultural and mining industries.
Having the correct fire equipment is important, but training is essential to make sure you use your equipment in a safe manner. In the event of a fire emergency, it is critical for trained personnel to correctly operate the fire equipment to prevent injuries or even a fatality.
Fire extinguishers are the first line of defence in fighting small fires. Most of the time, small fires can be extinguished before the activation of automatic sprinkler systems, saving hundreds of thousands of dollars in clean up costs and lost revenue.
This fire warden course is essential if you want to equip your fire wardens with the expert knowledge, training and practical skills needed in evacuation coordination instructions. It will help participants build the confidence to manage building emergencies safely and effectively.
This course is designed for individuals who are in charge of enacting the emergency response in a large organisation, building or establishment. The course builds on PUAFER005 to develop the essential leadership skills required to lead emergency response protocol.
This awareness course provides participants with the understanding of onsite fire awareness. Participants are given tips on how to act in an emergency, discuss emergency evacuations, signage and accidents and incidents.
