Course Objectives
Learner objectives for this course are;
recognize common terms associated with confined space work
identify the duties and responsibilities of personnel involved with confined space work.
distinguish between permit-required confined space,non-confined space permit required spaces
identify, mitigate and control hazards associated with confined space work
identify hazardous atmospheres, and equipment used to detect and monitor them
recognize signs and symptoms of overexposure
identify the necessary equipment to be used in confined space entries
specify safe entry procedures for confined spaces
recognize permit entry, signs and posting of confined space entry
