At the conclusion of this course, students will have met all job performance requirements for NFPA 2021 Chapter 7 “Confined Space Rescue” to the “technician level” and will be given the opportunity to test out for certification to NFPA 1006 standard. (Testing out to the NFPA standard is an excellent way to help document a rescuer or teams’ competency to meet the OSHA requirements for confined space rescue.)
