This course presents strategies for resolving work-related conflicts, whether these are present among employees or between an employee and an employer.
In this course, we will explore why conflicts develop within teams. We will use root cause analysis to make our best assessment of the conflict and then learn tools that can help us as leaders move our teams out of conflict and restore and improve team productivity.Â
 To better understand the structure and dynamics of conflicts and to develop strategies and methods towards more effective intervention.
This session will assist you in preventing conflicts from escalating into confrontations.
