Conflict Handling Skills course is offered by Eyes Up Training Limited
Our training methodology integrates personal growth, team building, and peer support training to create an all-encompassing and engaging learning experience.
Eyes Up Training aims to bridge a skills gap that is largely overlooked when organisations go through change: emotional intelligence. Our goal is to bring practical skills into peoples’ lives, not just to make them feel inspired.
Eyes Up Training Limited was born when Sven discovered that employees and leaders in organisations face similar struggles as they adapt to organisational change. Instead of making the most of the opportunities change presents, they often feel lost, unwanted, and under-appreciated.
While they can change what they do, they struggle to adjust emotionally and psychologically to the new environment. As a result, highly talented people leave organisations; others create conflict within the organisation. Both cost organisations money, time, and talent.
Eyes Up Training developed a holistic approach with the following training ethos:
Transferable skills that anyone can learn.
Relevant exercises that teach real-life skills.
Simple language that is easy to understand.
Our trainers didn’t just qualify to deliver content; they’ve adopted these skills and use them in every facet of their lives.
The walls that limit us are not around us but inside us. Let us help you tear them down.
About Eyes Up Training Limited
The backstory
Eyes Up Training aims to bridge a skills gap that is largely overlooked when organisations go through change: emotional intelligence. Our goal is to bring practical skills into peoples’ lives, not just to make them feel inspired.
Director Sven Lauch learned the hard way that a lack of emotional intelligence stifles the emotional and psychological transition we need to respond to change. An emotional trauma, caused by systematic indoctrination in East Germany and the fall of the Berlin Wall, held him back from living to his full potential for almost 30 years.
Only when he learned and applied the systematic approach of Emotional Logic was he able to recover from the trauma. He also discovered his values and found clarity about his identity and purpose.
This transformation awakened a passion to share the simple skills that profoundly changed his life, not only as a professional, but also as a husband and father. You can learn more about his story by watching his TEDx talk.

Most emotional intelligence training is purely theoretical. It teaches academic models rather than practical and transferrable skills. The exercises are usually irrelevant, which makes it hard for participants to transfer what they’ve learned to real-life situations.

Conflict Management Course Is Offered By Issured Ltd
This training is aimed at managers who want to improve how they manage difficult conversations with members of their team. The content is primarily focused on maintaining good levels of performance within teams, but can be used to support other conversations such as those when managing change.
Conflict in the workplace is the major cause of people leaving companies. This course gives the tools to end conflicts and promote healthy relationships. The course also addresses the most common types of difficult people and the appropriate methods for handling their behaviour.
This is a workshop that targets anyone where conflict needs to be managed and cannot seem to resolve it, whether internally or externally.
Managing conflict takes resilience. It requires the ability to evaluate complex information, make evidence-based judgements and act professionally within the bounds of organisational and legal frameworks.
