The Meaning Behind the Name 'Arhine'
The name Arhine is associated with our ancestors and heritage. In Pakistan Arhine (other spellings ‘Arain’) are a tribe associated with farming or gardening. When the British wanted land developed in the Punjab after its annexation, the Arain were brought in to cultivate lands around the cities, and were preferred to assist with the opening up of the new agrarian frontier in canal colonies of the Punjab between 1906 –1940. The British favoured them for their "hard work and sense of discipline".
Our father wanted to ensure his children were given the opportunity to try new things and unlock their potential. He didn’t want them to be held back because of their background and heritage.
Therefore he dropped the Arhine name and instead gave his children a forename and middle name and used the middle name as their surname. This allowed them to not be associated with any particular tribe/caste and opened up new avenues for them to explore.
The way our father thought at the time challenged the norms and establishment and showed innovative and forward thinking.
Therefore Arhine was the perfect choice for a company name
We to believe that everyone should be given the opportunity to unlock their potential and be the best they can be.
We use a variety of innovative techniques to help people unlock their potential including sports psychology & motivational techniques, NLP, behavioural change models and gamification.
Simultaneously honouring our heritage and parents who with their forward thinking allowed us to flourish and unlock our true potential.

This programme will help you have a clearer understanding of conflict and how it arises. By reading through this guide and taking part in the exercises it includes you will be better equipped to resolve conflict satisfactorily in a way which can result in a positive outcome for all involved.
The qualification has been designed to provide conflict management skills to anyone working in a customer facing role, deals with service users or the public in general.
Often conflict issues in the workplace escalate as they are not tackled as they occur. Managers may be “too busy” to regularly check in on how employees are performing. Others don’t like confrontation and ‘hope’ issues will blow over if they ignore them. This is rarely the case.
