The four stages of Anger Management
Early recognition:
Understanding the causes of anger, knowing the different anger styles and recognising anger in your body.
Containment:
Focusing on physical techniques which include breathe work, mindfulness and CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy).
Healthy expression:
Learning conflict resolution strategies and healthy solution-focused communication.
Resolution:
Understanding and coming to terms with historical components of anger, leading to releasing and recovering from them.
This workshop looks to uncover the main causes of conflict, particularly in the workplace, with the overall aim of helping delegates to become more proactive in how they manage potential conflict before it becomes actual conflict.
