Course Details

This module provides students with construction management services knowledge. The use of lean concept, aided by integrated digital delivery (IDD), to reduce wastes in the construction process is the primary focus of this module.

IDD includes digital design, digital manufacturing and fabrication, digital construction, and digital asset delivery and management. Students are also exposed to the use of Autodesk Navisworks Timeliner to generate BIM 4D construction planning schedule.

Certificate and Assessment

A Certificate of Participation will be issued to participants who:

Attend 75% of the course; and
Undertake non-credit bearing assessment (during course)

A Certificate of Attainment for each module will be issued to participants who:

Attend at least 75% of each respective module; and
Participants who pass the Continuous Assessment
